A lifelong Texan, Aaron brings authenticity and a strong sense of place to his work. Beyond the Books
Aaron’s perspective as a writer has been shaped by more than two decades in healthcare, years of community leadership, and a lifelong connection to Texas.
He is currently completing his Ph.D. in Organizational Management, with research focused on organizational culture and frontline employee burnout in healthcare. His professional and academic experiences have given him a firsthand understanding of leadership, resilience, and the challenges people and organizations face.
Beyond his professional life, faith, family, and the lessons found in everyday experiences continue to shape his perspective and influence the stories he chooses to tell.
